Physical trainingTraining whuich aims to overcome the hypodynamia resulting from the disability.

The physical training is mainly corrective and rehabilitional. The main goal is to achieve a good overall physical training, to develop motor skills (speed, strength, stamina, flexibility and agility) to create a habit for independent activities and to eliminate mental disorders as a consequence of loss of vision. The tasks are implemented in a planned and targeted way by applying a group, individual and strictly differentiated approach in the different forms of activities listed in the program. The learning content is differentiated by grade and age, and adapted to the specific needs, opportunities and health of students. Physical training lessons are closely related to mobility. They support the entire rehabilitation process.
