Training and testing the skills to guide and move in space with a white cane.

The activity is aimed at visually impaired people - candidates for getting a guide dog. It includes training for practical use of white cane techniques in urban environments and / or mobile skills testing. NRCB is the only organization in the country authorized to certify these skills.
